Since Cocofloss is thicker than typical flosses, it may take some time to get used to. If, after a couple weeks of Cocoflossing, you find that you're unhappy with Cocofloss; or any of our other products, please let us know. We'd be happy to provide a full refund (including shipping costs) for your order within 45 days of ordering. Customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
